What is oMusic Videos?
It’s a personal playground also known as A E S T H E T I C S Vaporwave PH made by Chie Dimla.
A E S T H E T I C S Vaporwave PH began in the year 2018 and ended in the year 2020. I decided to post creative lyric videos in Aesthetics and Vaporwave style — since that was the trending vibe at that time, maybe until now? (IDK, caught up in trends). Was just looking for something I could do, aside from reading self-nurturing books and work-related documentations — while traveling to work (in a jeepney, public transportation in the Philippines). The creativity is overflowing and I needed an outlet. It feels good to have this playground, it allowed me to make something out of boredom, i meant creativity. 😂
Most of the songs are discovered from SoundCloud while the arts are from Tumblr. Also, majority of videos are edited in Wondershare Filmora.
Unfortunately, since 2019 I no longer travel to work, so posting videos will no longer be my best option to spend dull time (thanks to work-from-home setup and remote jobs tho 🫶). The page is running solely by me; with that, it’s hard to maintain the page. Definitely, there is no assurance of video uploads in the future. Reality check, this is no longer listed in my best interests 🥹. Your video creator was born in 1994, you do the math and you’ll understand 😅. As a grown woman (who gets back pain JK), we have priorities and we need to pay the bills (we’re not rich, “pagkayod” is a must) 😅. The Facebook page isn’t monetized, just really made out of boredom, I meant love.
No really, ending it too soon is a pain for me, ’cause I enjoy discovering/admiring singers and songwriters (both underrated and popular). If you’ve seen the videos already, thank you. I hope you enjoyed watching/listening, as I did while making them! 😄
